I agree with MacGregor and Norvig regarding the undesirability of
implicit AND's.  A primary requirement for the interlingua is that it be
easy to translate knowledge into and out of.  Making AND's explicit is
one small way of making translation easier.  Do we have any objections
to removing implicit AND's from the language?
