Does anyone what if any connection there was or is between the Frame
Ontology in Ontolingua and the IEEE P1252 Standard for a Frame-Based
Knowledge Representation? The latter is not, to my knowledge publicly
available, but if you know someone on the working group, you may hvae
seen it or know about it.
