Two notes about the merged upper level ontology that is available on the
Ontolingua Server at http://htw.stanford.edu:5915/
- The ontology is currently named 'hpkb-upper-level'
- The server will be unavailable for much of 18 Nov (Tuesday) for a
hardware swap.

I have updated the onto-std web page
(http://www.ksl.stanford.edu/onto-std) to reflect this.
